Coalition for a Better Future PAC ("CBF PAC," "we," "us") operates www.cbfpac.com.
Information we collect
We collect the first name, last name, email address and (optionally) phone number you submit through our signup form, and whether you opted in to text messages. Donations are processed by our third-party donation processor, Anedot, under its own privacy policy; we do not store payment card details on this site.
How we use it
We use this information to send updates and news from CBF PAC, including donation requests, by email, and by text message only if you opted in.
Text messaging (SMS)
Phone numbers and SMS opt-in data and consent collected through this site will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from any information sharing described in this policy.
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate (for example, email and texting platforms) solely to provide our services, and as required by law, including federal campaign finance reporting requirements.
